They answered questions all day about what was happening and what they were seeing during the process. They cleaned up after the work was completed, maybe even better than before they got there. With the high cost of fuel, we decided to convert our fireplace with a wood burning insert. TCS was very knowledgeable about the various inserts available, which made our decision easy. Their customer service was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we know how to operate the insert and assured us that they are available for any questions we may have. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience and we're now enjoying our new insert. We plan on having our chimney and insert serviced by TCS in the future.
